7 on 7 Rules
1. The football must be thrown within 4 seconds. Otherwise it is considered a sack and the next down is played from the previous line of scrimmage
2. No running plays
3. No TB screens
4. 7 Defenders, Offense 5 Eligible receivers plus QB and Center
5. 1-Hand touch
6. Mouthpieces are mandatory
7. Helmets will be used
8. No blocking permitted.
9. All games are 25 minutes running clock
10. All touchdowns are 6-points (including interceptions for scores). Teams will have the option to go for 1-point from the 5-yard line or 2-points from the 10 yard line for the PAT
11. Teams will receive 1-point for a defensive stop
12. Teams will receive 3 points for an interception (if returned for a touchdown add 6 for a 9 point play)
13. Coin toss to determine the choice 1st possession of the game and for overtime
14. Overtime will be 3 plays from the 15-yard line to score. 2-point attempt is mandatory for all extra points in overtime.
15. 3 Downs to get 15 yards for 1st Downs. One at the 25 yard line and another at the 10 yard line.
16. All passes must be forward. No Double passes
17. Muffed snap which hits the ground is dead and loss of that down. Fumbles that hit the ground are dead at the spot of the fumble and belong to the team previously in possession. Fumbles recovered in the air are live.
18. All team players must have the same color shirts and shorts.
19. Please make sure that every player and parent has signed a waiver form. No player will be able to participate without submitting a waiver form. You will find them attached to this document. Please make copies for all players and have them with you the day of the showcase.
20. Game clock will stop on incomplete passes and plays that end out of bounds in the last minute of play

7 ON 7 PENALTIES
1. Offensive pass interference 10-yard penalty and loss of down
2. Defensive pass interference 10-yard penalty and automatic 1st down
3. Defensive holding 10-yard penalty and repeat down
4. Unsportsmanlike-1st Occurrence by team 5-yard penalty, 2nd Occurrence by team 15-yard penalty and Automatic 1st down, 3rd unsportsmanlike by individual player will result in automatic ejection from game. Referee can eject a player at any time as well.
5. Unnecessary roughness will result in a 15-yard penalty from the spot of the foul and automatic 1st down. Inside the 15-yard line, ball will be spotted at the 2-yard line.
6. Flagrant foul which rises to unsportsmanlike behavior will result in the ejection of the player from the game. Decision to eject a player is entirely at the discretion of the game officials and cannot be appealed.
7. Illegal Procedure (False Start, Illegal Shift, Illegal Motion) 5-yard penalty
8. Blocking will result in a dead ball at the spot. Blocking constitutes use of arms to impede defensive players. Shielding or (Mirror) is permitted.
9. No Offensive foul can take the ball beyond the 40-yard line.
10. Offense has 25 seconds to put the ball in play. Failure to snap the ball will result in a 5-yard penalty. 2 Delay of game penalties on the same possession will result in a turnover with no points awarded to the defense.
The participating teams should bring their own footballs for use during the event.
