Team Entry Form
We will have a media guide or program for the fans in attendance.
The program will list all the players from each of the schools participating. In an effort to have the program completed on time, we ask that each school submit a roster as soon as possible.
Invitation Acceptance
We will need contact information for the high school coaches of all teams participating in the showcase. Please include at least 2 numbers and/or contact persons who will be in attendance throughout the showcase. A contact person could be: the head coach of the high school, an assistant coach at the high school, or a 7on7 Sponsor.
